Consultation– We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their individual aesthetic goals. To that end, medical provoiders & Aesthetians offer complimentary consultations to better understand each individual’s beauty and skin care needs. After a private skin analysis and conversation your aesthetic expert will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client.
Scheduling– Appointments are perferred, but not always necessary. If we have available medical providers/aesthetians we will be happy to provide your desired treatment. However, most procedures are booked several weeks in advance.
Arrival– Check-in with front desk at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical skin spa, we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms
Late Arrivals– Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you. If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled treatment you will be considered a “no-show” and charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations– Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or schedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 charge.
Product Returns– Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products ,please bring in the product with your receipt within 30 days the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit towards one of our services or a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase.
Payment– Accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express,Payment by check is not accepted. We also have custom financing packages available for several series of our treatments.
Standard Policy– A credit card number is required to secure all appointments.
Gratuities– Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.
Valuables- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.
